In 2011, I dropped anchor in Colorado. I was still working in tech, but something was missing. Then, in 2024, life gave me a nudge: a layoff that became the push I needed to turn a quiet passion into something real

Born and raised in France, I grew up surrounded by good bread and simple, quality food. That’s what I bring to my bakery today.
​Every item is made from scratch, to order, using only real, wholesome ingredients.
No preservatives, no shortcuts—just time, care, and dedication.
